Our community guidelines outline the standards and expectations for everyone on the PalUpNow! platform. These help people understand what is expected of them and how they should engage within the community. We intend these guidelines to create a welcoming space for all members.

Differently-abled people face compounding barriers when accessing community services. These barriers are not merely inconveniences - they can completely exclude individuals from participating in their communities. A person with low vision cannot read standard content. Someone with limited hand mobility cannot type passwords. A non-native English speaker struggles to understand written instructions, and a non-native English writer needs help with English grammar to effectively communicate. A person with memory impairment cannot manage complex password recovery processes. A deaf person cannot access audio-only content. These barriers interact and multiply, creating situations where vulnerability compounds.

Rather than treating accessibility as an afterthought, PalUpNow! invests in multi-modal accessible techniques that address fundamental barriers faced by individuals with visual impairments, hearing challenges, limited motor controls, speech impediments, language barriers, and cognitive issues.

We'll send you personalized sign-up links for every flight retrieved from your eTicket. Review the information, make necessary edits, and submit.

While these are designed to fulfill the needs of members with accessibility challenges, anyone, especially our Pals, can use them to serve their community.

Vulnerable members and their friends and family may create as many reminder sets as they need. Each reminder set contains 3 reminders.

Flight Pals, Ride Pals, and coaches may also create reminders to better serve their community.

To protect your privacy, we automatically delete your requests and all associated data, including audios, as per the data retention clause in our Privacy Policy.

Before we delete, we remind members to download the audios on their personal device(s). Deleted audios can't be retrieved.
