CCPA NOTICE - DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY INFORMATION

Please be advised that PalUpNow! does not and has not sold any personal information in the last 12 (twelve) months. Likewise, we do not have any future plans to sell your personal information. However, we respect the fact that you would still wish to ensure that your personal information is not sold.

We share personal information with Airtable, which is a third-party service provider. Note, our information is stored and processed on Airtable, that being fundamental to how we operate. However, the sharing of information is not done for any monetary or other valuable consideration, and is instead done pursuant to a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) we have executed with them. We use Airtable as our data processing service provider. We will not disclose your information to third parties if we have received and processed a request from you not to do so. Note, we may not be able to provide Service without some necessary information. Please also note that our Service may be restricted subject to any restrictions you impose on the storing and/or processing of information.

CPRA NOTICE - AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING TECHNOLOGY

PalUpNow! uses automated decision-making technology (ADMT) to serve a global community 24/7. Our owned and operated bots make automated decisions that may affect your ability to use or access PalUpNow! services.

Our automated systems make decisions in the following scenarios:

Matching: After accepting our policies and signing up, our automated matching system pairs members with up to 10 other active members.
Verification: After receiving explicit consent from members, our verification system automatically performs screenings on ID documents, backgrounds, and motor vehicle records. Depending on the outcome, our verification system might automatically deactivate member profiles to prevent them from being matched with other members.
Profile Data Retention: Our system automatically deactivates anonymized profiles as per the data retention clause in our Privacy Policy. Deactivation pauses match alerts. Members are notified by email, and given a month to reactivate, after which their profiles and data are permanently deleted.
Reminder Data Retention: Our system automatically deletes reminders after a year as per the data retention clause in our Privacy Policy.

You may request to opt out of automated decision-making. Note, we may not be able to provide Service or our Service may become more restricted.
